1. 项目背景
加纳政府已从世界银行获得资金支持，用于加纳能源行业复苏计划，并计划将部分资金用于加纳电力公司（ECG）智能预付费电表供应与安装合同的支付。合同分为四个（4）标段，具体如下：
- 标段1：为ECG的Afienya、Ashaiman和Tema North地区供应并安装智能预付费电表
- 标段2：为ECG的Prampram、Tema South和Nungua地区供应并安装智能预付费电表
- 标段3：为ECG的Kwabenya、Roman Ridge、Makola和Teshie地区供应并安装智能预付费电表
- 标段4：为ECG的Mampong、Adenta、Dodowa和Legon地区供应并安装智能预付费电表
2. 投标信息 本次招标通过国际竞争性采购程序进行。符合条件的投标人可通过以下地址1的电子邮件获取更多信息，或在周一至周五的办公时间（09:00至16:00）前往地址1查阅招标文件。

The Government of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Energy Sector Recovery Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Smart Prepaid Meters to the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) in four (4) Lots.
